The program is designed to help increase your metabolism through muscle gain and strength.  When we sit all day and become less active we lose muscle, which is one of the major factors in how many calories we burn each day.  Putting on even one pound of muscle can increase your metabolism up to 500 calories per day.

Home or Gym

Each workout is also specifically designed for people who sit all day.  Not moving creates issues with our hips, shoulders, core stability, muscle activation, so every workout has movements that help to correct these issues but more importantly help you feel and look better.
